Comments from those who attended: 
  • Kitsap County's Mindy Fohn noted that the main focus of STORM's work has not been used by or integrated with the Education/Outreach elements of the rest of the permit. Perhaps the topic of LID is an area when a STORM effort overlaps with needs of those who work on other parts of the permit.  
  • ECOSS has been very responsive. Their slides really show benefits (cost of cleaning up a spill compared to cost of

  • There's still time to get involved with PSSH Month - you'll find many helpful ideas here.
  • The Big Thing 4 Puget Sound (www.BigThing4PugetSound.com) 1000's of photos uploaded to Instagram by Puget Sounder using #MyPuget. 
    Even if you don't use Instagram, your friends do! and citizens you meet do! So tell everyone to use #MyPuget. 
    Uploaded photos don't directly equate to people adopting a new behaviors, however, these photos are evidence that people are thinking about Puget Sound.
